PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Advanced Procurement Management Training Program (APM) is an intensive 10-day’ program designed for procurement and related executives who wish to broaden, sharpen, and deepen their procurement management competencies. The APM integrates the latest procurement management concepts and practices to give participants a firm grounding in the advanced skills and knowledge required for a successful Procurement Professional. The core of the program is centered around case studies, complemented by practical exercises and tasks.

LEARNING METHODOLOGY
A proper mix of short lectures, Q&A, sharing, discussions, individual and group exercises, and cases. The training will be divided into two parts: the first part (day 1 up to day 5) and the second section (day 6 up to day 10). In between, one day will be reserved for outdoor group action activities (market surveys and other field procurement activities) and one free day.
